Ade Lawal - Chief Executive Officer
Ade joined Aspyra in 2008. Prior to Aspyra, Ade spent 6 years at GE Healthcare where he was a Director of Service leading a $57 million P&L that provided field service on diagnostic imaging equipment and clinical systems at hospitals and imaging centers. Ade also earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification at GE Healthcare. Prior to GE, he was at KPMG Consulting where he conducted various reorganization, valuation and benchmarking projects. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Virginia with concentration in Accounting and Management Information Systems. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Marina Varela - Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Secretary
Ms. Varela served as the Controller of Aspyra since May 2008 and was contracted as a SOX Consultant since November 2007; Ms. Varela was an audit manager/senior with BDO Seidman, LLP since 2000. BDO provides assurance, tax, financial advisory and consulting services to publicly traded and privately held companies. Ms. Varela received a B.S. in Accounting from California State University at Northridge. Ms. Varela is a decorated veteran of the United States Marine Corps with an Honorable Discharge from Active duty in 1995.

Scott Treiber - Vice President of Research and Development
Scott began his career designing and developing a commercially marketed Relational Database Management System, an Executive Information System, and multiple Document Image Management Systems for Unlimited Processing, CSX Technology, and Joseph E. Seagram’s & Sons. In 1996, he joined Aspyra and was the co-architect of a Picture Archive and Communication System (PACS). He was selected as the Director of Product Development in 2004 and maintained that position until his recent promotion to Vice President of all development. Scott has significant experience in design and development processes as well as various technologies including data management, workflow, system interfaces, and image processing. Scott graduated from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Arts degree.

Jason Skolnick - Director of Sales and Marketing and Regional Sales Manager for the Southeast Region
Jason has been working in sales for over 14 years and has specialized in the medical imaging and informatics industry for the past 8 years with a focus on RIS/ PACS workflow in both the acute care and ambulatory workspace. Prior to Aspyra, Jason held the position with Agfa Healthcare as the Northeastern Regional Sales Manager for the Ambulatory Division providing RIS and PACS workflow solutions along with computed radiography and voice recognition products. Prior to Agfa Healthcare, Jason was an Account Executive with Konica Minolta Medical Imaging providing computed radiography systems and digital radiography systems in the New York area. He graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and received a Masters Degree from Dowling University in Banking and Finance.
