ASPYRA Validates PACS with OrthoView™ v6

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — ASPYRA, LLC announced today it has validated its PACS offerings, AccessNET and AccessMED (for specialty practices) with OrthoView™’s version 6 release of surgical planning and template software.  This latest version includes SmartHip which enables physicians to plan total hip replacement in 60 seconds or less, a limb deformity module to plan corrections, QuickScale to calibrate the image with one click and more.

ASPYRA has been working with orthopaedic customers for over a decade and tightly integrates with OrthoView™ to enable physicians to launch the OrthoView™ software from within an exam, perform planning, save the results in the exam, and continue their workflow seamlessly.  “We expect that the enhancements in OrthoView™’s version 6 combined with ASPYRA’s PACS will help our ortho customers continue to improve their productivity and, consequently, help them deliver the highest quality patient care more quickly,” stated Bill Culton, ASPYRA’s RIS / PACS Growth Initiatives Manager.  “Ortho customers make up a significant portion of our customer base for PACS and we are always looking for ways we can improve our products to help them more.”
