Over Fifty ASPYRA Customers Sign Multi-year Support Agreements
Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at 1:19PM JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — ASPYRA, LLC announced today that it has signed over 50 customers to multi-year support agreements. Forty of those agreements are for four or five year periods. “We’ve seen a lot of interest from customers in obtaining multi-year support agreements,” reports Cassie Silletti, ASPYRA Sales Operations Manager. “They really see the value and benefit of the long term agreements, especially in today’s uncertain economic climate.” Customers signing up for multi-year agreements span ASPYRA’s customer base including laboratories, hospitals, imaging centers, orthopedic, and veterinary customers. ASPYRA’s support agreements include all updates and upgrades to ASPYRA software, support calls, and other benefits.
