Maxwell Imaging, P.C. Selects Aspyra RIS/PACS to Automate Center
Nov 26, 2008 CALABASAS, CALIFORNIA, November 25, 2008... Aspyra, Inc. (AMEX - APY) announced today that the Company has contracted with Maxwell Medical Imaging, P.C.,a state-of-the-art multi-modality imaging center in Lower Manhattan, New York, to provide Aspyra's AccessRAD Radiology Information System (RIS) / Picture Archive Communication System (PACS) integrated solution. Neil Mosesson, Administrator of Maxwell Medical stated, "Maxwell Medical is a patient-centric facility. We selected Aspyra's RIS/PACS because it will allow us to keep the patient first." He continued, "With use of this system, our radiologists will have online access to current and prior patient history while viewing new images. This will expedite our report turnaround to referring clinicians and increase the efficiency of our IT systems by implementing an integrated RIS/PACS solution."
