Providing insight and information. Our satisfaction tools include a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System to track, manage, and control each action associated with each customer. This system includes all communications, such as user questions, product issues, corporate issues and software development. The CRM tool also allows us to associate accountability and responsibility with customer satisfaction.
